It would be great to be able to lock the elements in the desktop version so that when using the scroll bars (on a slicer) that the control does not lift off the page and be dragged after I have found...

Nick, It would be great that once somebody of the PBI team commented its also followed. I Mean, in July 2016 you posted that it would be discussed on the next sprint. Even if the news is 'bad' would be great to have some news, now we don't know anythign on this interesting idea ... Same happens on other ideas .....
