Lock down tiles on dashboard and group together

I need a way to lock down tiles on a dashboard. It's far too easy to accidentally "bump" tiles into an incorrect position when adding a new tile or when moving an existing tile. There should be a way to "lock" a tile to an existing location which would prevent accidental "bumps" or movement of tiles. This "bump" can cascade downward, impacting a lot of tiles, creating a lot of re-work to fix. It would also be nice if tiles could be "grouped" and locked together so that they would move in tandem.
