Line chart formatting options

I found a few similar topics about line formatting and my idea is to combine all ideas and votes into one. Formatting options for line chart types: - Edit the line width (thickness), Dash type (solid, dashed, dotted) and transparency. - Add markers (data points) and edit their size, color, shape (dots, squares, diamonds, etc). Thanks in advance!

Additional Needs: 1. Y-Axis A. Option to Invert the Y-Axis B. Forcing a Logarithmic Scale as opposed to a Linear Scale (We know our data type) C. Adding Multiple Axes and having the ability to show on the Left or Right Side 2. Line Format Options A. Points instead of Lines with multiple styling options B. Not having to use an R Script would be nice for this

It is important that I have the ability to select each line and change its formatting. For example, our scenario is using the dashed line for a target line to distinguish it from others.

The other thing that is really needed is to be able to set the line to not appear. This should be as easy as setting no colour in the line but it is not possible to be able to do this. Having the markers is great but we need to be able to take the line away and only show the markers.

Hi Amanda, it appears that the dashed lines were only added to the line graphs and not the combo graphs. Is there a plan to bring this functionality into the line/ bar and line/column graphs as well?
