Add a card that provides the last dataset refresh by Power Bi (date and time). The card can then be added to the dashboard, there by notifying dashboard users the age of the data.

This card should also indicate status such as:
- Data refresh underway (with start date/time)
- Data refresh completed with errors (with end date/time)
- Data refresh completed (with end date/time)
- Status added:Needs Votes
