The Power BI Analysis Services Connector should support changing the connection string, so we can add special parameters (such as changing the language).

- Localization : same dashboard can be localized as per user preferred language.

- We need this feature. It was possible with SSAS multidim, and should be made available in newer tools as well.

Do you mean that users need to be able to switch UI language of the Power BI dashboard UI language? If so, one can go to Settings in Power BI dashboard and change the UI language.- This is a must here. Can't understand why it's not supported when it is in Power BI desktop.

- It seems that Power BI is already sending the LocaleIdentifier as part of the live connection, but it always has value 1033 (en-US), regardless of which language has been chosen for the UI in PowerBI.com, or which language the browser/OS is using. Ideally, the connector should use the LocaleIdentifier corresponding to the UI language of Power BI, or at least provide an option to customize this in the data source, as suggested by Marco.
