Lakehouse transparency

In Lakehouse, there are many tables under dbo.
Some are linked to dataflows, some are just created via SQL, Excel, ... etc.
I want to know the source of each table in lakehouse.
Because at the end in lakehouse, there will be so many table, and it will be convienent which is coming from where.
