Keep 'Select All' Option Visible During Slicer Search and Filtering

@PowerBI Problem Description: When utilizing the native List Slicer visual in Power BI, the "Select All" checkbox or option automatically disappears as soon as a user starts typing in the search box to filter the list of available items.

Impact and User Experience Issue: This behavior disrupts the user workflow. To quickly reset the selection to all values, the user is currently forced to manually delete all typed text from the search box for the "Select All" option to reappear or click one by one. This adds unnecessary steps and reduces report usability, especially when dealing with slicers containing many items.

Reference Behavior (Excel): A more desirable and intuitive behavior, similar to the filtering functionality in Microsoft Excel tables or Pivot Tables, is to keep the "Select All" option visible and active even when the list of items is filtered by a search string.

Proposed Solution: Implement a new format setting that allows report developers to force the visibility of the "Select All" option (Select All checkbox) at all times, including when the search functionality within the slicer is actively being used. This change would significantly improve the user experience and align the native slicer behavior with best practices and other Microsoft tools.
