KPI Goal Rollup Bug

With the KPI visual, the Goal value is not included in the rollup when the Indicator value is 0. If the table values are: Dept Indicator Goal HR 0 2.6 IT 4 0.7 Actng 5 6.5 TOTAL 9 9.8 The KPI shows an Indicator of 9; however, the Goal shows as 7.2 instead of 9.8. It ignores the Goal when the Indicator is 0.
