Standard JSON data, either from a file or web url
In Power BI designer, you've been able to load datasets from a JSON feed for a long time, but these cannot be refreshed from the web version nor added as a new dataset. This seems like one of the most simple and fundamental types of data sources. I come back every few months to see if it's done yet.
