Introduce per-user licence to get Fabric Capacity

Enable individual users / freelancers to study and practice fabric with a per-user license similar to Premium Per User in Power BI. F2 is a price point that is too high for them. Strong limitations in time and resources available would make sense, but there should be a clear monthly cap that cannot be like the current F2.

This is needed really since databricks offers a free tier, so if Fabric wants to compete, it MUST offer something similar

100% agree with this! I’ve been studying Microsoft Fabric through official courses, but I can’t practice anything because I don’t have a company account. It’s super frustrating for independent learners and students who really want to get hands-on experience. A small free sandbox would make a huge difference.
