Interactive Pinned Excecl Ranges in Reports

It is now possible to load an Excel Workbook via OneDrive for Business and pin a range to a dashboard. But the pinned range is not interactive - it is just a static image. I would like to be able to pin ranges just like with SharePoint Web Parts and the ranges are interactive without having to open the workbook.

Also when the excel is connected via .odc file, i.e. existing Power BI Dataset, Excel needs to be interactive.
