So my idea is that, when using a tooltip you can lock the unique tooltip and scrool and interact with the data within the data in the tooltip, and for example when having a table as a tooltip you can lock and scrool and interact with the only tooltip appearing on the visual.

- AnonymousNot applicableThis. Visuals in toolltips look great but then you move your mouse and they are gone. On the opposite side, it would be great if there was also a way to dismiss/suppress tooltips. Sometimes those helpful tooltips can get in the way.
