When you create a new Dataflow Gen 2 resource, you first get this dialog where you can input the name for the Dataflow
When you create new Pipeline you get this dialog:
But for notebooks you don't have the dialog to input the name at first. You need to click the top left corner to rename the notebook. For the consistence of the Fabric I think notebooks should also have the name input dialog when new resource is created.
