Incremental refresh fails with duplicate id value error

We have configured the table to filter the updateddate on rangestart and rangeend parameters.

We have updated the incremental refresh settings on the table.

After publishing the dataset for first time it refreshes, later when we do a scheduled refresh of dataset it says one of the key column contains duplicate value.

But when i query from the database(synapse) table there are no duplicate records of this value, what could be the root cause? Any suggestions.

Column '<oii>id</oii>' in Table '<oii>ticket</oii>' contains a duplicate value '1FA4377D-4CE2-F011-8543-7C1E52274619' and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many-to-one relationship or for columns that are used as the primary key of a table.Incremental_refresh_error.jpg
