Increase scrollbar width in Power BI Desktop

It's often difficult to grab the scrollbars in Power BI Desktop, particularly if the application is not maximized, or if you are working with multiple screens and Power BI is on the "left" one.

I had comments from several users already that they had issues when using scrollbars on their laptops - where the width was very narrow.

Along with desktop, It is hard in Power BI Service as well. It's too narrow even when maximized, depending on the monitor size.

I have discovered Power BI Desktop window frame clips the vertical scrollbar for the fields pane and when used in Teams it is unusable. This happens for me on a laptop with 1920 horizontal resolution screen.

Especially in presentation mode (second screen, or Teams, or Skype...) the scroll bar which is very thin become unviewable. That's major issue.
