Increase Export Data Limits

In late 2016, Power BI improved our export data options to allow exporting up to 150,000 rows to Excel from a visual on a Power BI dashboard for Pro users. If you require higher limits, please vote on this idea. If you have more specific requirements, please leave them in the comments.

150,000 rows is a rediculously low limit for big data, needs to be aligned to Excel level limits.

Finding it incredibly frustrating to constantly receive the "Your data is too large" error when trying to export. This really needs to be fixed, I cannot understand why Power BI desktop is unable to handle a simple export request.

At the bare minimum let the PowerBI Admin role assign the limit online. Otherwise definitely remove the limit from PBI Desktop.

Need ability to export more rows of data. This is a basic need of many of our users and if a limitation like this exists, they will move to another tool.

Please remove this limitation, in alignment with SSRS. My managers depend on the export capability to focus on quality improvement, and need to be able to export a very large number of rows.

I am hitting the limit with about 1700 records!

Really need to export more then 150,000 rows because we need to be able to share outcome of analysis with people that do not use PowerBI. Major issue.

I agree, I can only export 15,000 records. And there's a bug that gives you the "data exceeds the limit" error message even if ur way under the 15k limit. But at least, it dumps out upto 15k records, so you just have to ignore the error message.
