Increase Column Limit Matrix Visual

I am currently using the matrix visual to display a calendar for our organisations employee leave type. However due to the 100 column limit of the visual I cannot display an entire calendar year. I have had to use slicers to limit the data displayed. This is very frustrating and to resolve the issue I have had to export the data to Excel and use a pivot table to achieve the desired result.

Please increase the column limit to 500.
