Inclusion of Clickable Link to Source Report in activator teams message and email

As of today users are able only to receive plain text messages via team notification when an activator rule is triggered
It would be beneficial to have a clickable link to the source report that generated the alert, this way users can go back to the source information and clarify what caused the alert to trigger and take action 

currently links integrated with the teams message appear as plain text and are not clickable
