In powerview show a matrix with measures on rows instead of columns

In powerview i often comen across a matrix i would like to create but with the measure names on the rows instead of the columns.

If this was added, a matrix in Power BI would be more readable and useful. As it is now, displaying multiple measures horizontally creates too many columns for practical use when attributes (such as periods of time) are listed horizontally as columns.
