In a PowerBI matrix, all values to go above columns

If I have a PBI matrix with two measures (Sales $ and Sales Units) and three years of data (2023, 2024, 2025), I would like to get the below layout without needing any special measures or modeling. Essentially I want to swap the columns section of the matrix with the values section.

 

GOAL:

Sales $                                   Sales Units

2023     2024     2025             2023     2024     2025
