In Semantic Model, Monthly scheduling refresh option

In the power BI service, for a given Semantic Model, there should be an monthly option to schedule the refresh of the model. Right now its weekly or daily.  If the underlying data doesnt change on monthly basis and the requirement is by monthly, we can save the capacity utilization for reports from customer end.
