In Power BI, Many people struggle with on-hover to display a helptext. Leverage Alt Text field.

I have been using power BI and many of my users across companies struggle to find help in a visual without us adding a <blank button> or ? or (i) in the visual.

My suggestion - is to leverage Alt Text property in the Properties pane for this. Every visual has that and no body use it much. 

What ever we type in into <Alt Text> property of a visual will be displayed as Help when use Hovers over any visual. Kindly make this happen, will help many user communities.
