In OPERA, customized Reports for monthly and/or quarterly country specific KPIs with percentages

Percentages / KPIs to be included in the reports for months or quarters in OPERA, and the customized reports would serve to provide monthly and quarterly KPIs for each criteria.
Countries might need to pull a report showing KPIs in addition to raw data using the customized report at the bottom of the OPERA page. Country needed to manually calculate the KPI offtrack percentages for each report/criteria, in this case eCRF review timelines for instance.
