In Drill mode - should show the selected item.

Once the drill mode is on and the user selects a particular item, the title should change to display which item the users has selected / drilled into. Also the rest of the reports should be filtered as we drill down in the selection.

yes, having 3 buttons to control behaviour is very flexible but hard enough to understand...Correct labeling/displaying of the current filters applied (whe using the first or third) button is a MUST-HAVE. New/sporadic PBI Users are asking me that all the time... either put the current filters in the header of the visual and/or have a detailed info in the visual's tooltip about the filters applied through drilldown (and even better the filters applied to the visual from "outside" (cross-filter/page/Report-level filters) related ideas: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/11376855-in-drill-mode-should-show-the-selected-item https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/13876032-drill-down-labeling#comments
