Improvements in "IR Source" bookmark

This is related to "IR trends" dashboard --> "IR Source" bookmark (link).

As a user I want the "Details" table which is shown below the dashboard to have one more column "IR Source". Reason: to prepare faster before the audit, I can selectively review them before the audit beings.

Example: "IR Source" column would show one of the following against each IR: Audit:Internal /Complaints:Trend / Audit:Extrenal etc.
