Improve error handling and reporting for Gen 2 Data Flows

Please look at Pentaho's capabilities.  For a transformation step, you can check a box for error handling and point the errors to a table or file.  In that file it will write a record for each error occurance but it will also exporte the entire record with each field defined as a text blog.  This if it errors out you can look at the error log and see what the error was and see the raw input record that caused the error.
