Improve breadcrumb trails in the service to navigate to list of workspaces, workspaces, & folders

Currently the breadcrumb trail in the service only allows you to 'back up' to the workspace level from the folder level, or from the report level up to the workspace level.

When in a folder it would be nice to go back 'up' one additional level to see a list of all the workspaces you have access to rather than having to go the workspaces menu, open it, then select the workspace you want to go to.

Similarly, when viewing a report it would be nice to be able to browse to the report's folder (if any) or to a list of workspaces, instead of only the workspace level.

So in the main browsing view instead of:
Workspace name > Report Folder name
This:
List of accessible workspaces (tenant directory?) > Workspace name > Report Folder name

And in the report view instead of:
Location: Link to Workspace
This:
Location: Link to Folder (if any)

               Link to Workspace
               Link to list of workspaces (tenant directory?)
