Improve Timeline slicer visual

Timeline slicer visual is very poor. Customers are requesting to be improved in many ways: - Too big in height. It takes a lot of unnecessary black space at the top. - Filter selection behavior - Ability to configure the position of the hierarchy dropdown (select for Y,Q,M,D), header, etc. - Ability to set start and end date, default and max range values. - Slow performance
