Improve Scaling and Resizing for different Dimension Reports

There are many different resolution screens out there in the world. Power BI is pretty good at scaling and resizing native visuals to different size screens. However with the addition of new features like embedded images and third party visualisations, the resizing and scaling is not good enough to be usable. I am sure this is complex however it will step change the user experience particularly for those of us that want/need to share across different form factors and screen sizes.

For a demo of the problem, take a look at this report in full wide screen, then resize your browser to 800x600 https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiMWVhMmFhM2MtY2RmOS00NzJlLTlmZDgtOGE4MDdiYzgwNWI4IiwidCI6IjYwZTFmZjQwLTY4ZTAtNGUwNS1iOWJiLTExMDE3Y2M0NWNlOSIsImMiOjEwfQ%3D%3D

I'm surprised this doesn't have a lot more votes. It's an awful experience to open up Power BI on the CEO's desktop and find their resolution is different and everything is just slightly off. Just as bad on projectors that are often lower resolution, making Power BI look unusable right at the wrong moment. It's never good to say "Well it looks nice on my computer". However, designing a report for the lowest common resolution isn't a great solution either.

Not sure if related, but report page tooltip sizes change relative to the dimensions of the report when displayed on different screen resolutions.

I wish there was a way to set the dimensions of a report page tooltip to be scaled in relation to the calling page.

Our team faces this same problem. We have things aligned perfectly in PowerBI desktop. Once we publish into the service for others to see, some screen resolutions show it perfectly, while others show partial misalignment within visuals. This is a great suggestion and would eliminate inconsistent dashboard visuals for end users.
