Improve Real-Time Monitoring in azure monitor for Power BI capacities

Currently, Power BI metrics are reported at 15-minute intervals in azure monitor. This delay limits the ability to detect and respond to performance issues in real time especially during critical incidents where immediate action is required.

We propose updating the telemetry system to support 1-minute reporting intervals . This change would allow users to:

• Monitor workloads with greater precision
• Detect spikes or failures faster
• Trigger alerts and automation with minimal delay

• Improved responsiveness for operational teams
• More accurate and timely alerting
