Improve List of Deployment Pipelines

With current dessin based on tiles it´s difficult to organize deployment pipelines when you have dozens of them. Would be useful to be able to show the in a list and even to organize them in folders or something similar. It would be also useful to access the deployment pipeline from one of involved workspaces from the workspace (some link available on the shortcut)
