It would be extremely helpful to add the flexibility to add the current period in the date filters on Desktop. Relative date takes a literal interpretation of last X time periods OR the last X calendar periods. It would be helpful to add a "within" option to include the current period. The way that it works now is that it either gives you literal timeframes or it excludes the current period. Business users like previous history plus the current period to date. Example: is WITHIN the last 3 years would include 2 full years PLUS the current YTD is WITHIN the past 2 weeks would include all of last week PLUS the current WTD.
