Import Of Excel Data Library Tables Linked To Azure Database Does Not Find Server Name

When I connect to an Excel file with Data Library Tables linked to an Azure SQL Database the Import fails to find the Server Name .. In an odd thing, One of the Data Connections for a table actually is the name of a TCP location and it seemed to pick this up and use it as the Server name (?) Otherwise the Server name was blank.
