Import Access queries into Power BI

My company has hundreds of access databases on peoples' desktops. I need to know if we can import these access queries AND reports into Power BI. This is required so we can move away from Access and set permissions on users/groups, so they we can restrict CRUD operations. Also what version of Power BI would we need? We also use Tableau, is it possible to import their queries into Power BI and use it as a replacement??
