Image upload in Power BI

Can the image upload into Power BI be reverted back to the original functionality? Essentially, it takes too long to upload an image now. When I click on the image under the Insert menu, I expect my own computer files to show where I can pick an image. I should not have to go through hoops to get an image into my visual. 

I understand the goal is to improve the functionality of images, but this went the wrong direction on the uploading process.

Because the new image visual now supports other sources like URL and image from a data field, choices have been made to the process. It's unlikely that the team would revert back to the old ways as you suggested. If someone's default is to add images using an URL, they would complain about the unnecessary explorer window poping-up each time.

This makes sense. However, the current proccess for a desktop image is now brutal and unnecessary. Maybe two options -- image from computer and image for url -- can be added.
