Ignore Level Filter Section in Visualization Area

Can you add a section to the Visualizations section for Filter Ignore by Visual/Page/Report? Really Visual is the only section that would need one but when in doubt include them all! The idea is that I can place YEAR into the Ignore Filter area and now that visual will not be filtered when other visuals are selected and sliced by YEAR. For example I have several charts all filtered to 2016 so a slice selection on one works great on viewing the others. However I also have a Year over Year Area Chart that when sliced gets rid of the 2015 data and is no longer a YOY but just 2016 sliced by my selection. It loses its context. The issue I see is that I would like my visual Area Chart to still be filtered by 2015 and 2016 even though I have 2014 in the data. So I would still like the ability to filter while ignoring the slicing/filter isolation from other charts. Thank you!
