I would want to use Power BI as a operational dashboard/testtool

In warehouse and production logistics we can always optimize the customers situation by making little changes. I use Excel to visualize them as an animation (power pivots and 3d Maps). Current Dashboards just show scores and I want to show losses (where are we loosing money). In Excel we can show in time what happens and where. The problem is always that the customer is not able to use these models themselves because they are to complex and they never have the right excel version. Simple sample: in a warehouse we have a start point and an end point and we have a pick route. By changing one or more of these we can save a lot of money for this customer. We can simulate this up front. If changes are implemented I like to see what happend before and after and what impact it has where. This can create a tool where a customer can keep optimizing processes themselves and monitoring change impackts
