I want to limit the number of users that can be added to a Power BI workspace.

I suggest the ability to configure Power BI to not add guest users outside of a specific workspace.

We would like to be able to restrict access to Power BI content, but with regards to adding users to workspaces, we would like to be able to set it up so that certain users cannot be added.
