I want to be able to connect to Semantic Model as a data source

Semantic Models should be a data source within Fabrics. Whethere to create a new Report or Data Flow or Copy Data, etc. Semantic Models should be assessible. 
I am currently struggling to access a Semantic Model Data, because I cannot go through the stress of the transformations which took a lot of time to create. This would have been a easier way to access the already transformed data and use.
