I can't install power bi

when I install it ,it told me that it can't be installed，by the code 2503 and 2502(the os is the windows 10 professional).And I have not found the same answer in the help.but I have sucessfully installed in my notebook which the os is windows 10 home（64bit）,and PC which the os is the windows 8 Enterprice（64bit）,and I used the same package.
