I can't connect to Xero content pack

I've clear my cache and cookies, I have adviser authority but I get the following error message after Power BI says importing data. Failed to import data. Technical details are: Data Source error The credentials provided for the Xero source are invalid I then have a number of lines of IDs etc I went to Xero help and they advised I clear cache and cookies but if that didn't work contact Microsoft support.

'Hello, This error can occur when your user account does not have the complete set of permissions in Xero to access all of the data required for the Power BI content pack. To solve this, log in to Xero and go to Settings > General Settings > Users. To be able to access the Power BI content pack, your user account must have Standard and Reports permissions; or Advisor permissions. Please check your permissions and try again. If you continue to have trouble, please post the Activity ID and Request ID from the error message and we will investigate further. Thanks! -Ben

My user account with Xero is: Name (subscriber) then Adviser+Manage users+Contact bank Account Administration+Payroll Administration+Payroll employee. I'm based in NZ. The Activity ID is 96505dbe-118b-14ff-12e6-57d3a611ceab Request ID is d1d1922c-42f6-f799-b469-f6f1ea158a86 Hope you can help

I am unable to get past the "Connect ot Xero" where it asks for nickname. I've checked Xero authority and I'm an advisor and I've also cleared cache/cookies but the problem is that it just hangs on this page and I'm getting no errors. Xero have advised this is an PowerBI issue. Any help would be appreciated.
