I can flag a SSAS tabular data source as certified

If I am in an enterprise with several Data sources published by several users. I would like the ability to see a Data sources as "Certified". I should also be able to rate the quality of Data sources

Agreed, there should also be a way to display on a dashboard tile or report that the dataset behind it is certified
