Hyperion ESSBASE

The Problem is that Microsoft has a vested interest in NOT creating a connector to Essbase since it is a direct competitor with Microsoft Analysis Services. The longer they wait, the more it encourages people to migrate off of Oracle Essbase to SQL Server/Analysis Services. IMO, if they wanted to create a connector, they would have done so a long time ago. They have instead created connectors to all kinds of obtuse data platforms instead of one of the largest installed bases of analytics in the world...
