HierarchySlicer no longer displayed on report (works fine on iPhone app)

HierarchySlicer is no longer displayed on report when viewed under IE11 (works fine on iPhone app). Only the label of the top-level item ("State") appears, not the individual items ("AL", "AK", "AZ", etc) and not the nested dimensions.
