Hide push folders

I store some things in Dev like utility notebooks and true under development projects, and keep them in folder like DO NOT PUSH. Was looking to have the ability to toggle visibility to the comparison in deployment pipelines to make comparison faster. Could be folder specific, or object specific, I don't care which.
