I often want to hide all visual level filters/fields on any visual on a report page. Ensuring users only ever see or use page or report level filters from the Filters Pane. Right now I need to click each visual and hide each field one at a time. It would be great to "hide all fields" per visual, or hide all visual level filters per page, or have a Power BI desktop master setting to have visual level filters hidden by default!

This would be such a valuable addition. I really like the filter pane, but hiding individual items is a slow painful process.

Absolutely agreed! When visual level filters are not used (most cases in my practice) they confuse end user when visible. So it's best to hide them, but doing it one by one is hurting my brain every time
Very simple yet absolutely necessary feature.

This would be a huge improvement. Any individual field changes on a visual mean I have to remember to hide the field on the visual filters. Having all those filters unnecessarily are really confusing for end users.

This would be a good addition to Power BI as filter items are essential and hiding them one by one is tedious task.

Also add an "unhide" option too.

I would be satisfied with a "Hide all visual level filters by default" setting that I can then unhide specific filters should I want them shown.
And if I go into Options, Current File, Report Settings, there should be a button to "hide all visual level filters" right there and then so if I inherit a report, I can fix it fast.
