Hide Rows with Only Blank Values in a Matrix with Measures in Rows

Please make it possible to hide rows in a Power BI matrix visual where the Values field contains multiple measures and "Switch to rows" is enabled — specifically when all column values (e.g., months) for a measure are blank?
