Have the control to turn off Recommended on Home page

There is a privacy violation concern on our side for the information displayed on the Recommended page. Some confidential reports, leadership doesn't want others to see who opened it. 

Can we add a feature to allow turning off the Recommended section on the Home page? Thanks.
