Have object-level ellipses buttons available from the left hand navigation bar

Each low-level object in Fabric has a "More Options" elipses showing e.g. Settings, Recent Runs, Schedule etc.

It would be useful if this elipses button could be appended to the left hand navigation bar for each low level object, as I might not always want to open the object, but just perform one one of these tasks on it.

So an example navigation could go:

MyWorkspace -> MyFolder -> MyNotebook (Show elipses here) -> Recent Runs
