Have Color Saturation responsive to Highlighting

Charts with Color Saturation Formatting should respond to Highlighting independently of original color. For instance if I have a set of column charts that are formatted as green if above target and red if below, when I highlight one column and I get the smaller columns on the other charts, these new columns should be painted differently from their originals if their stance against the target is different as well.
